Wholesale Inquires

DarkePoison Designs always welcomes wholesale inquires and have good relationships with several retail outlets that carry the DarkePoison line of jewelry. We try to keep our pricing low while keeping our quality high so that carrying DarkePoison Designs is both profitable and and an appealing asset to any retail outlet or vendor that displays our designs. With that said it must be understood, we are not a factory in Taiwan, or Korea, or Hong Kong. We are not a mass assembly line company where jewelry is cranked out, cheaply packaged, then sent off en mass to the malls of the world. We do not undercut quality for profit, nor do we seek to become a mass marketer of shoddy jewelry.

What we are....

We are an artist who custom designs Jewelry, and then reproduces them, one at a time, by hand.

We are a photographer, a web page mistress, a customer service rep, a shipping agent, a part time model, and last but not least we are also a few kooks who enjoy taking Sundays off to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends.

We are a prideful lot who care deeply about our line of Jewelry, and are not bothered by the fact that we can not fill orders in excess of 1000 items in under 2 days to be shipped off to Corp Branded Retail Stores....we would much rather make and send off 500 (or less) items within a week( or quicker) to the small goth/alternative/fetish store that just opened up last week and is seeking to get through its first year and wants to carry a quality line of products to kick off their sales line...yea you know who we are talking about if your reading this and chances are your our kinda people.

TERMS

Our Wholesale terms are simple. We have a minimum order requirement of $150.00 If your try to check out your shopping cart at DarkePoison.net your sub total is checked. If it is $150 or above, no problems. If it is below the $150 minimum, a low order fee of $150 is applied to the order i.e. your total equals  $149 then the fee is applied for being under $150 for a new subtotal of $299 go back and add items to your shopping cart to achieve the $150 minimum and the $150 low order fee will be removed when you attempt to check out again. The average price of an item at darkepoison.net is $12, which means an average order will consists of at least 13 items to achieve the $150 minimum, which we don't see as a problem for a retail store owner or other small business venture. If you want to purchase just one or two pieces I suggest you go to www.darkepoison.com our retail site.

We Do not require you to have a State Tax TID or "Merchants Certificate" Just purchasing the minimum $150 of items qualifies you as a wholesale customer.

We do not require you to submit yourself to a credit check, as we do not extend credit.

We do not give price breaks on multiple same items being purchased nor do we expect you to buy so many of the same exact items to receive a discount. Mix and match what you feel your customers would like as long as the final total before shipping is $150.00 or over. 

We have a Flat discount applied to each design we sell. The discount will vary from 30% up to 55% depending on item. We always show what the current retail price is for the item as it is being sold on the primary DarkePoison Designs Retail site.

Items may be shipped in separate shipments at no additional cost to you. Some items take longer then others to make or we may be waiting for a stock of raw materials to come in. With that in mind we feel our customers are more comfortable receiving most of their shipment after being notified of a delay then having to wait an extra week for the entire order. This is not common but it does happen sometimes, primarily near the holidays.

I accept returns on items no questions asked within 10 days of estimated receipt of item(s). Items must be returned in good condition. Purchaser pays return shipping. After receiving the returned items, if they are in resalable condition, a refund on the current price of the item will be refunded to the purchaser via either paypal, cashiers check, or money order at our discretion (we do prefer paypal tho).

Returns made on items after 10 days from receipt can be returned at purchasers expense, and if items are in good condition, a refund of the purchase price MINUS a 25% restocking fee (as we possibly could have sold the particular item(s) if it had not been in transit back and forth from us to purchaser) will be made.

Items that arrive damaged from shipping will be exchanged for an undamaged item or  refunded and we will refund the shipping cost for sending item back ONLY if we are notified via phone or email within 48 hours of receipt of items. After 48 hours normal returns policy is in effect where purchaser is solely responsible for return shipping cost and we will not refund it with return.

We charge a flat $8 shipping fee.

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

We ship internationally at no additional charge.

We normally ship 3 to 5 day priority

Even tho the rate we use may say 3 - 5 day ship or even overnight we have found from date of placing items into transit to customer it may be upwards of 1 to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive, this is often the case of international orders.

From receipt of payment from customer orders normally take 3 to 4 weeks to be completed and then shipped. I repeat from RECEIPT of PAYMENT, orders normally take 3 (that's THREE) to 4 (That's FOUR) weeks (A week being comprised of 7 days) to be created and then shipped. We will strive to fill your order as quickly as possible and get it to you. Our target goal is normally 2 weeks for creation and then 1 week allowed for shipping, but sometimes we ship out quicker if we have stock on hand, and sometimes it may take longer if we have to order more materials.

We use several shipping companies depending on where we are shipping to and the size of the shipment but they all will have one thing in common and that is Tracking Numbers.

Sometimes we do not receive tracking #s on day of shipping and it may be several days before we receive them but as soon as we do we always email them to our customers who are expecting shipments in transit.

Payment: We accept credit cards via paypal and we accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks (Please allow 2-4 additional weeks for personal checks to clear).
